Flytxt is a company whose headquarters is in Amsterdam, Netherlands which provides AI-driven customer engagement solutions to enterprises. It has offices in the United Arab Emirates and India and along with regional presence in Germany, Mexico, Singapore, South Africa, Malaysia and Argentina. I worked as a UX designer at the Technopark division in Trivandrum, Kerala

The dashboards that I created were particularly for the software used by Flytxt company whose major clients were telecom companies. These dashboards are used by the data science experts for Customer Data Analysis and Insight Modeling offered to rapidly prototype and create advanced analytics models for specific business purposes. I had to ensure the simplicity of the dashboards that handles the model optimization services which enhances the performance of models that are continuously monitored and fine-tuned to befit the dynamic data sets and business needs. A team had been working on the dashboard to restyle the existing features and appearances and to add new and updated attributes that would meet and exceed expectations of telecom data analysis market. I was invited to assist this team in developing the dashboards, checking the consistency across different screens throughout the application and making it pixelperfect.
